LOW CHOLESTEROL CORNBREAD 
2 pkgs. Jiffy yellow cornbread mix
1 c. regular self-rising yellow cornmeal
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 carton Egg Beaters
1/2 c. olive oil

Spray Pam in center of iron skillet or baking pan which is already heated. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 35 to 45 minutes.
