MACARONI-SHRIMP SALAD 
1 (7 or 8 oz.) shell macaroni
1 can shrimp
1 c. pineapple, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. sweet pickle, diced
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. pimiento, diced
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water (10 minutes). Drain and blanch with cold water; drain. Combine all ingredients and toss. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 4 to 6 servings.
