LEFTOVER TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. cooked turkey
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. potato chips

Combine all ingredients except the last two. Toss gently. Place in 9x13 inch pan, add cheese and chips on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. To be served on lettuce and tomato wedges. A tasty salad treat.
