APPLE CRISP 
3 c. sliced apples (4 apples)
3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Put apples in 2 quart casserole dish. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, flour, egg, and vanilla; stir into apples. For topping, cut butter into oatmeal, flour, sugars, and cinnamon. Sprinkle on apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
