CAMP MEETIN' CHICKEN AND
DUMPLINGS
 
Boil 1 fat hen until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.

DUMPLINGS:

4 c. self-rising flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk

Stir up, then put in 3 eggs, stir again. Drop from spoon into boiling broth. Cook about 10 minutes. This will make a large kettle of dumplings.
