CHEESE BALL II 
16 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. blue cheese
8 oz. Woody's Crock O'Gold Port wine cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
Chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Let cheeses warm to room temperature. Combine cheeses, onion and garlic with a large wooden spoon.

Place in refrigerate or freezer until firm, then form 2 balls. Roll in chopped nuts.

Cheese balls can be frozen, but it is best to add nuts when ready to serve.
