SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can cream style corn
1 c. milk
1 well beaten egg
1 c. cracked crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add 1 cup cracker crumbs, onion, pimento and seasonings. Mix well. Pour into greased pan. Melt butter and pour over 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over corn. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
