BROCCOLI/RAISIN SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, washed in salt water and cut into small flowerets and pieces
1 lb. bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
1 c. raisins
1 c. toasted sunflower seeds
1 scallion, chopped (including tops)

Dressing:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Toss all together. Will hold for 10 days if bacon is not added until ready to serve.
