BROCCOLI SALAD 
3 bunches broccoli florettes coarsely chopped
(I also use the stems which I chop in my Cuisinart)
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 c. roasted sunflower seeds
1 c. golden raisins (sometimes I use half reg. raisins for color)
1 c. crisp crumbled bacon (I leave this out to cut down on fat, turkey bacon is ok)

DRESSING:

1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
(I use the no cholesterol or low fat variety)
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar (or more to taste)

Optional - a couple of dashes of Tabasco for a little zing.
