TUNA CASSEROLE SUPREME 
1 c. cooked white rice
1 (8 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can white tuna
1/2 c. water
1 lb. Muenster cheese, sliced
3 lg. tomatoes, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Flake tuna. In saucepan combine tuna, cream of mushroom soup, rice and water to simmer. In casserole dish, layer, beginning with tuna mixture, then tomatoes and ending layers with cheese. Cover casserole dish and bake 40 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
