BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
1/2 c. butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 whole chicken breasts halved, boned & skinned

Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow dish; mix. Melt butter. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Dip chicken in butter mixture and then in bread crumbs, coating well. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch foil lined pan. Pour remaining butter mixture over top. Bake 50-60 minutes. Serve hot.
