MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs 1 sm. can mandarin oranges 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 lg. vanilla instant pudding 12 oz. Cool Whip Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges. Pour into 3 greased and floured pans. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. TOPPING: Mix drained crushed pineapple with instant pudding. Add Cool Whip. Spread equally on each layer. Makes a 3-layer cake. |
