CREAM CHEESE PATTIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage

Mushroom Gravy:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 empty soup can milk

Pour milk over oats and crumbs. Set aside. Whip the cream cheese. Add other ingredients and lastly the oat-crumbs mixture. Mix together. Shape into patties and fry in oil.

Make a mushroom gravy using mushroom soup and milk. Place patties and mushroom gravy in a casserole and bake in 350°F oven until heated through and bubbly. They are also delicious in spaghetti sauce.
