BUTTERMILK FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 lg. box lime Jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 lg. Cool Whip

Drain and cook pineapple over low heat. When boiling, stir and add Jello. Cool 15 minutes. Add buttermilk, then Cool Whip, mix well. Add pineapple and stir. Pour into mold.
