ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 tbsp. dry onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 lg. can enchilada sauce 1 c. milk 1 dozen flour tortillas 1 lb. shredded cheese Cook beef and onions then drain. Add all other ingredients (except cheese). Layer sauce, tortillas, sauce etc., ending with the sauce on top. Bake, covered with foil, 1 hour at 375 degrees. Then uncover, sprinkle on cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. |
