EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 slices cheese, Swiss
4 thin slices Smithfield or country ham
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs

Pound chicken with mallet to flatten. Place 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham on each whole chicken breast. Fold breast in half, secure with toothpick. Coat each bundle with bread crumbs. Melt butter in pan, place bundles on butter and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn over; baste.
