ENCHILADAS 
SAUCE:

1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 tbsp. oil

Saute.

1 (#2 1/2) can tomatoes
1 (#2 1/2) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 can diced green chilies (sm. can)
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 stick cinnamon (or pinch of cinnamon)
1 whole clove

Simmer with above saute about 45 minutes; allow to cool until warm.

MEAT:

1 sm. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. water
1 tsp. crushed oregano

Saute first 3 ingredients; add water and oregano and simmer until dry.

MESSY PART:

Dip corn tortilla into sauce. Spread each tortilla with meat and grated cheese. Roll up. Place seam down in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
