1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Thaw out spinach, add eggs, flour, milk, butter, salt and pepper, Monterey Jack cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes (check the middle to see if it is thick also, if not allow a few more minutes). You can also bake this in a microwave oven until it sets.
