FETTUCINI AL FREDO 
1 box fettucini
2 pts. heavy cream
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. fresh garlic
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (can)
Parsley

In saucepan, cook fettucini (put aside). In big skillet (low heat) melt butter and garlic. Add cream and cheese. Reduce until thick. Mix noodles and sauce. Add parsley and serve. Serves 4 to 6 people.
