HOTDOG SURPRISE | |
1 lb. franks, sliced 1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp. Wesson oil 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. catsup 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Cook franks and onions in oil until lightly browned, blend in flour, salt, catsup, and water. Cook 15 minutes. Add cheese and heat 1 minute. Spoon into hollowed-out buns, wrap securely in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 8 servings. |
