WILD RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked wild rice (chilled) (3/4 c. raw rice)
1 c. cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 c. green grapes
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. cashews
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix together mayonnaise and seasoned salt. Toss remaining ingredients and gently stir in mayonnaise dressing. Chill before serving.
