ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
1 1/2 lbs. carrots, peeled and cut in slices
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Zest of orange
1 c. orange juice

Cook carrots in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to 9 inch baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt butter, add sugar and flour, mixing well. Add zest. Gradually pour in the orange juice. Bring mixture to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
