ORANGE NUT CREAM PARFAITS 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. grated orange rind

In medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and juice concentrate. Stir in sour cream. In a small bowl, combine coconut, nuts and rind. Layer filling and coconut mixture in parfait or dessert dishes. Top with coconut mixture. Chill 30 to 45 minutes in freezer, or 2 hours in refrigerator. Refrigerate leftovers.
