BUTTER CREAMS 
1 lb. butter
2 lb. confectioners sugar
1-2 tsp. flavoring (orange, almond, vanilla, rum, etc.)
12 oz. bitter chocolate
1/2 cake paraffin
Pecans halves, optional

Mix. Form into refrigerator roll; chill well. Slice. Dip in chocolate. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Place on waxed paper. Top with pecan half if you want.
