GREAT GRANDMA'S FRESH APRICOT
PIE
 
20 sliced apricots
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
9" pastry for double crust pie

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Pour over apricots and stir well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Fit and seal top crust. Make slits in crust. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 450 degrees for 40-45 minutes. May add tapioca for a thicker filling. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, yummy!
