DIANE'S CHEESE CAKE (NEVER
FAILS)
 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

FILLING:

3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sour cream

Mix all crust ingredients together. Reserve 3 tablespoons for topping. Press remainder into bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan.

Combine eggs, cheese, sugar, vanilla. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust. Top with crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Chill 4-5 hours. Serve with cherries or any desired fruit.

Serves 12.
