GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
6 lg. potatoes, peeled & cut into eighths
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag. Moisten potatoes with water, shaking off excess. Shake a few at a time in the bag, coating well. Pour butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place potatoes in pan in a single layer. Bake for 1 hour, turning once. Sprinkle with parsley.
