FRESH STRAWBERRY TOPPING 
1 c. fresh strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
Red food coloring

Wash, cap and crush berries. Blend sugar with cornstarch; add water. Blend with crushed berries. Bring to the boiling pint. Remove from heat; stir and cool for 2 minutes. Add 2-3 drops of red food coloring. Spread over cheese cake. Chill.
