OMELET 
8 slices, crustless bread
8 oz. mild cheese
1 lb. bacon
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 dozen eggs
Salt and pepper

Sprinkle cheese over bread. Cut and brown bacon; sprinkle over mixture. Mix milk, mustard, eggs, salt, and pepper; pour over whole mixture. Let set overnight. Cook for 1 hour at 350°F. Done when knife comes out clean.
