OREGANO TOMATOES 
4 med. tomatoes (wedges)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano (fresh, if possible)

Place tomatoes in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir well and pour over tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
