PIZZA SALAD & OREGANO DRESSING 
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 1/2 c. olives
1 c. Jack cheese strips
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 1/2 c. garlic flavored croutons

OREGANO DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Crumble sausage and saute over high heat until browned; drain. Tear lettuce into salad bowl. Top with sausage, olives, cheese, tomatoes and croutons. Add oregano dressing.
