MOTHER'S VIVA LA CHICKEN 
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. corn tortillas, cut in quarters
Chicken, cooked, boned
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated

Mix onion, soups and Rotel tomatoes. In 9 x 13 inch casserole, spread 1 layer of tortillas; then layer 1/3 of soup mixture, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of chicken. Repeat tortillas, soup, cheese and chicken. End with layer of tortillas, soup and cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook 15 minutes.
