MOTHER'S CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. celery soup
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter

Cook chicken until tender. Remove bones and put into a baking dish. Mix broth and soup together. Let boil and pour over chicken. Mix flour and buttermilk. Spread over chicken. Melt butter and spread over it. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Also good with left over turkey.
