WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 box long grain & wild rice mix (or 1 c. wild rice uncooked)
2 lb. ground beef, lightly browned
2 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion (I use less)
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 can chicken rice soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Brown hamburger. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

If using the long grain and wild rice mix (like UNCLE BEN'S®), it doesn't have to be cooked first. Use the seasoning packet for good flavor.
