BEST EVER PIE CRUST | |
1/2 lb. lard, must be lard 1 tsp. salt 3 c. all purpose flour 1 egg, beaten 1/3 c. cold water 1 tsp. vinegar Blend together lard, flour, and salt. Mix egg, water, and vinegar. Blend into first mixture. Roll out on lightly floured board. This keeps good in covered container in refrigerator, at least 2 weeks. |
