BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. tater tots
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Onion flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook meat and drain fat. Place layers of tater tots, meat, soup, sour cream. Top with grated cheese. Bake until bubbly.
