MARTONS BAKED PORK CHOPS | |
6 to 8 thick pork chops 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can water 1 sm. can mushrooms Flour pork chops and brown in skillet, place pork chops in roaster. Put soup, water and mushrooms in skillet with drippings, heat, pour sauce mixture over pork chops in roaster, cover, bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. May use sauce or gravy. |
