BEEF AND NOODLES 
1 round steak, 1/2 inch thick
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. fat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. beef consomme
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. sour cream

Cut steak into thin strips about 2-3 inches long. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roll meat into mixture. Brown in fat. Pour off drippings. Add onion, consomme, and Worcestershire. Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes. Add mushrooms, green peppers; continue cooking 30 minutes. Stir in sour cream heat but do not boil. Serve over noodles.
