CHICKEN ITALIANO 
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients except chicken and butter. Dip chicken in melted butter then in cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degree for 25 minutes or until tender. Quick and easy - ready in 1/2 hour.
