ARTICHOKE - SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 jars marinated artichokes, drained
1 pkg. frozen creamed spinach, thawed
6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Layer artichoke hearts and spinach in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Blend cream cheese and butter and spread over spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
