ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 stick butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 clove minced garlic
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess moisture. Drain and cut artichokes. Melt butter and mix with cream cheese using a fork. Add spinach and garlic to cream cheese mixture. Grease casserole. Line with artichokes and top with spinach mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top and dot with additional butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 5-6.
