SPINACH - ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained 1 (6 oz.) jar of marinated artichoke hearts, well drained 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp. butter, softened 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (use fresh Parmesan) Combine spinach and artichokes. Combine cream cheese and next 3 items, stir into spinach mixture. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, then uncovered for another 10 minutes. Great for parties or informal meals. |
