CHEESE, BACON AND TOMATO PIE 
1/2 pkg. pie crust sticks
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 med. tomato, thinly sliced
8 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded lettuce

Prepare pastry for 9 inch one crust pie as directed on package. Mix onion and flour; sprinkle in pastry lined pie plate. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven about 25 minutes. To serve sprinkle with lettuce. Note: To serve immediately do not cover and refrigerate.
