WILT-PROOF SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. bottled Italian dressing
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 cans (6-8 oz.) drained
1/3 c. chopped parsley

Cook vegetables, drain. Cool slightly. Toss with mushrooms in large bowl. Sprinkle dressing, parsley and pepper over all. Toss lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
