ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 box coconut pecan frosting mix
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded zucchini, drained
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 to 2 tbsp. milk

Mix all ingredients together at high speed until completely mixed. Pour batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool upright, then remove from pan.

Glaze: Mix all ingredients together. Pour over cooled cake.
