UNLEAVENED BREAD 
3 cups of Whole Grain Flour
1 cup of Almond Milk (or Soya Milk)
2 Tbsps. of Bee Honey
2 Tbsps. of Olive Oil
1 tsp. salt

Mix all the ingredients together until a dough forms, extra kneading will toughen the final product so avoid mixing longer than necessary to form a dough. Roll out into an ungreased baking tray 1/4" thick and bake at 350 F for 20 mins.
