CRUNCHY SUGAR BALLS 
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (12 oz.)
3 tbsp. Karo light corn syrup
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Melt chocolate pieces over hot water. Remove from heat. Add syrup and juice. Combine wafers, powdered sugar and nuts. Add to chocolate mixture and mix well. Let stand for 30 minutes. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Let the sugar balls ripen in a covered container several days before eating.
