MOM'S NO-COOK PEANUT BUTTER BALLS | |
3-4 graham crackers 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 cup crunchy peanut butter 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1/2 cup powdered milk 3 tbsp. strong brewed coffee or water Crush graham cracker into crumbs on wax paper. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Lightly wet hands, then mix teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Arrange balls on cookie sheet and refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until firm. Submitted by: Dan Mishkin |
