CHOCOLATE PEANUT SQUARES 
1 c. butter
6 (1 oz.) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate squares
1 c. Baker's angel flake coconut
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt 3/4 cup of the butter and 2 ounces chocolate squares. Stir in crumbs, coconut and peanuts. Press into 9x13 baking pan; chill 30 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.

Spread over crust; chill 30 minutes. Melt remaining butter and chocolate squares. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill; cut into squares.
