CHOCOLATE PEANUT SQUARES 
1 c. butter
6 (1 oz.) squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped unsalted nuts
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwave 3/4 cup butter and 2 oz. chocolate on high 2 minutes or until melted. Stir in crumbs, coconut and peanuts. Press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Chill 30 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over crust. Chill 30 minutes. Microwave remaining butter and chocolate squares on high 1-2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill, cut into squares. Makes 4 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
